Reservation:
Rooms will be assigned on first-come first-serve basis.
In order to guarantee your reservation a credit card number is required.
No amount will be charged on your credit card before your arrival.
The payment of the room will be at the check out , by credit card or cash.
Payments by credit card will be charged directly by the hotel on your arrival. Hotel will issue the total invoice for your accommodation.
Rooms must be reserved before June 30th, 2011.
The rates quoted are per night &include continental breakfast and taxes.

Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation after  June 30th, 2011 one night amount will be charged by the hotel.In case of no show the total amount of your reservation will be charged by the hotel.

Check-In/Check-Out
Official hotel check-in time is after 3pm. Check-out time is 12.00 a.m.

Confirmation
Upon receipt of the completed Hotel Reservation Form together with the full credit card details, we will process your reservation. We will then send you a confirmation letter with full invoicing details.
