The registration fee for "Accompanying person" includes:

The registration fee for "Sponsor Additional participant" is reserved to the delegates of the companies who are sponsoring the ICE2017.

In case a company would like to attend the ICE2017 with more then 1 delegate (1 registration already included in the sponsorship fee) you can select this fee for the next delegates.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

. SAE members must send their affiliation number together with the registration form. Please use the box "Comments" to post your affiliation number.

. Students must send a copy of the student card or a letter of approval signed by the university tutor at the following email address saena@im.cnr.it

. The sponsor fee include the participation of 1 attendee per sponsor. This fee is free of charge as it is included in the sponsorship fee paid by the company.

. Lunches are not included in the fee.

 

REGISTRATION POLICY

 

DEADLINES & PAYMENTS
The registration fee is based on the date of the receipt of the registration form and the payment in full in accordance with the deadlines set forth (see registration form below).

Payments must be received within the deadline reported in the registration form.
Should one deadline be missed, the next applicable fee will be charged automatically.
The registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment in full.
Only fully completed registration forms will be accepted.

 

ON SITE REGISTRATION
Registrations are only possible on-site at conference venue.
On-site payments can be performed by cash or credit card (Visa,Master Card,American Express)

 

CHECK IN PROCEDURES
All participants are required to personally check in at the venue registration counter (Room Veranda - Grand Hotel Quisisana) from Sunday September 10th, 2017 from 16.00h to 19.00h to receive their badge and tote bag before attending any Conference sessions and/or events.

Registration desk will be also open from
Monday September 11th, 2017 until Thursday September 14th,2017
08.00 - 18.00.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Oral cancellations will not be accepted.

For cancellations before 10th, July 2017, there is a cancellation fee of 20% for each registered person. After that date, no refunds are possible.

Cancellation for payments that have been made by bank transfer will incurr in a 10% penalty fee.
